Surcharges: What Can Change Your Price
Three situations add to the base rate. All are fixed amounts - no percentage multipliers.
Midnight Surcharge
Applies to any booking that starts, operates through, or ends between 11 PM and 7 AM. (e.g. late night post-banquet drop-offs).
Public Holiday
Applies on Singapore public holidays. Covers CNY, Deepavali, Christmas, etc.
Extra Stop Charges
Point-to-point or 2-Way transfer: SGD 20 per additional stops en route.
Excess Waiting Time
Beyond the 15-minute grace period, billed in 15-minute blocks. (Important if your ceremony runs late!)
Per-Trip vs Hourly: Which Works Out Cheaper?
Quick rule of thumb for weddings: if your event has multiple pickup points (e.g. bride's home + groom's home) or you need the bus to wait more than 20 minutes during the tea ceremony, hourly charter is usually better value.

Wedding Booking FAQs
Can we decorate the bus with wedding ribbons?
Yes! You are welcome to add simple external decorations like tied ribbons or sashes on the door handles and mirrors. However, we ask that you avoid using strong adhesives, tape, or glue that might damage the vehicle's paintwork.
What if our solemnization runs late?
Weddings frequently run behind schedule! We offer a 15-minute grace period. Beyond that, a standard waiting fee of $15 per 15-minute block applies. If you anticipate a highly fluid schedule, we strongly recommend booking an Hourly Charter to eliminate waiting fees entirely.
Can you do multiple drop-offs for guests going home after the banquet?
Yes, we do this often. If you book a Point-to-Point transfer, each additional en-route stop is just $20. Remember that trips ending after 11 PM will incur a flat $20 midnight surcharge per vehicle.
Do we need to pay a deposit to secure our wedding date?
Yes, auspicious wedding weekends book out rapidly. A deposit is required to confirm your vehicle. The full balance must be paid at least 24 hours prior to your wedding day so you don't have to handle payments while in your gown or suit!
