Yes. Alongside one-off excursions, we run regular weekly and monthly scheduled pickups on contract, ideal for recurring programmes like swimming, sports training or enrichment runs. Tell us the schedule and route and we will quote a fixed contract rate.
Yes. We regularly run multi-bus dispatches so a whole level travels together and arrives at the same time. Tell us your total headcount and we will plan the fleet around it.
We recommend booking at least one to two weeks ahead for single-bus trips, and earlier for peak periods and large cohort movements. Last-minute requests are still worth a message, and we will tell you straight away what we can do.
Yes. Seats for teachers and supervising staff are included in the bus capacity. When you give us your student headcount, add the number of accompanying adults so we size the bus correctly.
Yes. We are an ACRA-registered company and provide official quotations, invoices and receipts. We work with school finance processes, including purchase orders and payment by arrangement, and accept bank transfer and PayNow.
